The ethylene comonomer acts as an internal plasticizer. You get a low glass transition temperature (Tg ~0°C) without adding external plasticizers that can migrate. The mortar stays flexible in cold weather and doesn’t stiffen over time.

2. Bond Strength That Survives Testing
Our VAE powder routinely achieves:

  • Tensile adhesion >1.2 MPa on concrete
  • 0.9 MPa after water immersion
  • 1.0 MPa after heat aging

These numbers meet C2TE and C2TES1 requirements without over-formulation.
