Our VAE RDP and purpose-selected HPMC put an end to efflorescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Efflorescence Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grout contains high cement content and often uses fine calcium carbonate filler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water from mixing, cleaning, or service dissolves calcium hydroxide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As the grout dries, the solution migrates to the surface, reacts with CO\u2082, and precipitates white calcium carbonate \u2014 ruining the color.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How Our Products Create Efflorescence-Free Grout<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. VAE RDP: The Capillary Blocker<\/strong><br>At 3.0\u20135.0% dosage, our VAE polymer forms a hydrophobic, continuous film throughout the grout matrix. Low-Viscosity HPMC: The Water Minimizer<\/strong><br>Our HPMC 2000\u20134000 mPa\u00b7s allows you to produce a smooth, workable grout with significantly less mixing water than traditional medium-viscosity grades.
